VITF Trust is registered under the Bengaluru Public Trusts Act 1950 and is also recognized as a Bio-Technological & Scientific Research Organization.
The VITF Governance comprises of the Board of Trustees, Board of Management and the Executive Advisory Committee (EAC). VITF Trustees are eminent Consultants, Industrialists, Administrators, Professors, Scientists, IT Specialist, Web/Software Developers, Technocrats, Media Observers, Vet Scientists, Doctors, Physicians, STEM Educators, Fintech Professionals and Volunteers with National & International experience, who guide the organization in order to accomplish its mission, ensure its Scientific, Technological and financial performance, to safeguard its interest and reputation.
The members of the Board of Trustees also constitute members of permanent Sub-Committees / Working Committees such as the Executive Advisory Committee of VITF Trustees (EAC), the Fintech Committee and the Human Resources Development Committee. Some of the Trustees are also Directors on the Board of the VET Infotech Academy, STEM based Livelihood Training Programs (VILTP), an Associate Organization of VITF Trust.
